Sale transactions shall be understood to be carried out at PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U., Vilanoviña s/n MEIS C.P: 36616 Pontevedra (ESPAÑA).


These General Purchase Conditions apply to the sale of all products PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. through its website, inside and outside the Spanish territory.

The use of PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. services by CUSTOMERS presupposes the acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, which will be available in website at the time of ordering. Therefore, it is desirable that CUSTOMER read these Conditions carefully before making a purchase.


Prices displayed on the screen next to each product are shown in Euros.

The offers will be properly marked and identified as such. PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. reserves the right to make, at any time and without notice, any modifications it deems appropriate and can update products and prices. The applicable price shall be evidenced at the time of the customer made the purchase.

Once payment has been confirmed, we will proceed whit delivery. If CUSTOMER does not receive the order within approximately 1 week for the Iberian Peninsula or two weeks to the Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, from receipt of payment by PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U., he/she can contact the Customer Service via our Contact form.

Items presented by PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS SL offer the maximum quality and the best guarantee. It is our commitment to our customers. In case that when you recieve your order you are notsatisfied, you have a period of seven (7) days from the date of receipt to implement the right of return. a) In case of non-defective product return, shipping costs will not be refunded. Also, the costs of collection shall be paid by the client (equivalent to shipping costs to selected destination).

b) To return the product this must be in perfect conditions in its original packaging and, in each case, the included accessories or promotional gifts. Once received the merchandise in our stores, and previous checking of the condition of the same one, we will proceed to refund the amount, according to the method of payment used by the customer. It does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling.

c) The return of defective products and incorrect shipments shall be always accepted, being PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. who will take care of the shipping costs if the client communicates this within seven (7) days from the date of receipt of shipment.

d) Delivery charges will be reimbursed in the event of delivery errors or defective products.

e) The return may not take place in any case if supplied products were clearly used. In the event that the return is not accepted by PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. because of relieve that the product intended to be returned has been used, the product or products will remain in the distribution warehouse to be picked up by the customer, for a period not exceeding thirty days since its return.

f) The risks associated with returning the product will be charged to the sender, who must be sent it securely and with the necessary guarantees to ensure the merchandise arrives at its destination in perfect conservation conditions.

g) The application of the refund in your Paypal account or credit card depends on the conditions of your card and the issuer. The application period will be approximately seven (7) days for debit cards and up to thirty (30) days for credit cards.

h) Return deliveries with unpaid postage will not be accepted.


PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. guarantees the quality of their products, in the terms established by applicable legislation in Spain. It does not include defects caused by negligence, knocks, improper use or handling and materials suffering wear and tear as a result of normal use. In those cases that the guarantee might be justifiably claimed, the article may be substituted, repaired, discounted or returned as legally established. On international orders, payments by Visa or MasterCard or PayPal will be accepted. For deliveries outside the Spanish territory, the shipping costs are included in every order, according to the specific destination country. The customs Rights or any other local tax, will be entire and exclusively charged to the buyer, so PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. NOT be held liable for the goods once they are in the customs of his/her country.


Personal data obtained through Web pages or other means, will be incorporated into files that PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. is responsible. This information will be used only to inform the CUSTOMER on offers and product updates and will not be transferred to third parties without his/her consent. In compliance with the Data Protection Act, the CUSTOMER may request the modification or deletion of data at any time by contacting the customer service through the means indicated in clause 5 of these terms and conditions. For purchases made with credit cards, PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. may request to the customer sending photocopies of his/her identity document and/or credit card by fax.


Intellectual property rights on design and contents of the website are the exclusive property of PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. except when other ownership is so indicated. The reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized processing of such contents is a violation of the intellectual property rights of PAZO DE SEÑORÁNS S.L.U. or of their owner, and may result in relevant judicial or extrajudicial actions for the exercise of their rights.


For any divergence that arises from this contract, both sides expressly agree, renouncing their own legislation area, to be subject to the decision or litigation proposed, through the institutional arbitration of ARBITEC, Asociación Española de Arbitraje Tecnológico (Spanish Association of Technological Arbitration), which will be entrusted with the administration of the arbitration and the assigning of the arbitrators. The arbitration will be done in accordance with the procedure established in the Arbitrary Regulation of ARBITEC and in the Law on Arbitration, of 23rd December 2003 and may be done via Internet or using any other telematic media. The arbitrary findings must be dictated within ninety days of the acceptance of the case by the assigned arbitrators, and both sides must accept and comply with the decision contained in it. If the arbitration is not carried out by mutual agreement or is declared null, both parties will be subject to the Courts and Tribunals of the City of Madrid, renouncing their own jurisdiction area, if different.
